Feedtech Silage

The production of high quality milk is ultimately dependent on the decisions that you take and the particular attention you pay to the quality of feed. The production of high quality silage, that can ultimately improve the performance of your dairy herd, is heavily dependent on management decisions in areas such as field crop condition, harvesting, storage and feeding out. Feedtech is a vital part of this management process.

Proven for many years

Feedtech has been tested at several US agricultural colleges. These tests clearly show that forage treated with Feedtech has a higher nutrition and energy value than untreated silage. In addition, it has been shown to improve voluntary intake of silage. Cows eating more silage will produce more milk. Feedtech consists of a unique combination of lactic acid, bacterial strains and enzymes. All bacteria are pasture selected—a prerequisite for a rapid and secure silage process. It quickly reduces the pH–level in the silage, which in turn reduces dry matter losses and makes the silage long term stable.
